Committed to supporting local producers, the Domaine Les Clayères invites you to a special beer masterclass on 24 July, alongside Valentin Hérieau.
Valentin, who has been a brewer since late 2019, set up as a farmer in 2023 on his grandfather’s land in the Vendée. He grows his own spring barley, which he has malted to brew ultra-local beers, and sources his hops from a grower in Aizenay, with the long-term aim of planting his own hop field.
His farm brewery, No Panic, welcomes visitors for tours and tastings in a warm and authentic atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the estate’s commitment to sustainability and the local terroir.
On the programme: A large gathering for a 100% social occasion, meeting the farmer-brewer, chatting about his journey, and tasting his beers to accompany dishes created by Fabien, our sous-chef, all on the sandy terrace of our Bar O'Lé Bé Là.
